Rugby Ball Splash Proof Plug & Socket Safety Cover

A great little gadget for the home or workplace, this splash-proof plug cover accepts a standard single 240v 13amp extension lead, protecting it from water when used outside or from little fingers inside, the cover opens to accept the lead (not included) each end has rubber seals to add extra protection to both the cable and penetrating water, the lead is held securely by a plastic clip at each end so that the wire can not be pulled from the plug or socket.

This splashproof plug cover is a great little device and greatly reduces the risk of single extension leads becoming exposed to water by protecting it within a capsule, ideal for use out in the garden for mowers, hedge trimmers or party lighting etc or for building work where water is or will be present e.g. cement mixers, water pumps etc, no more propping a bucket over the plugs or wrapping them in plastic bags!

Manufactured from tough plastic in the shape of a rugby ball, with a flat section to the base to maintain stability, it has 2 plastic clips that close and clip the unit shut firmly and securely ensuring that young children cant open it, with this in mind the cover can also be used indoors to protect the young ones from exposed plugs, e.g. Christmas time for tree lights, Halloween for decoration lighting, Summer for BBQ's the list goes on.
