Q: I have changed my mind or have ordered the wrong item?
A: If you have purchased an item in error but have not yet made payment, simply remove the incorrect item from your basket. If you have completed and paid for your order please let us know as soon as possible and we will refund the incorrect item/order and ammend or cancel the order.
Q: Do you combine shipping?
A: All our shipping charges are calculated by weight so do vary however, all UK Mainland orders are delivered free when over £100.00
Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
A: We send all our items through 1st class Royal Mail post UK for small items and you should expect them within 2 working days, larger orders are sent via next day courier. If your order has not arrived within 10 working days please contact us. Worldwide deliveries are sent via Royal Mail small parcels, please allow up to 14 working days for delivery.
Q: How much is the Delivery Charge?
A: Our delivery charges can vary depending on the item, however we do charge honest postage, this covers us for the cost of sending and any packing the item(s) may require.
Q: My order has arrived and is damaged or is faulty?
A: We need to know as soon as possible if you have damaged items delivered, we will arrange a collection of the damaged or faulty items and replacements will be delivered at the same time as the collection is made.
Q: Can I Pay By Cheque or over the telephone?
A: Yes, give us a call on 01767 222367 between 12 and 5pm Monday to Friday to place your order.
Q: Are all your products new?
A: Yes. Every item we advertise is brand new, in the event that we do sell any second hand or graded/refurb items we will clearly state it within the item page/description.
