Splashproof plug cover, this waterproof cable cover greatly reduces the risk of single extension leads becoming exposed to water by protecting it within a capsule, the ends of the device have an added rubber seal that will clamp firmly on most 13a extension cables, ideal for use out in the garden for mowers, hedge trimmers or party lighting etc or for building work where water is or will be present e.g. cement mixers, water pumps etc, no more propping a bucket over the plugs or wrapping them in plastic bags.

The cover is manufactured from tough plastic and is bright orange in colour so that it can be seen and avoided, the cover has a inner section that your lead fits into, so that it remains secure, the cover closes shut and has an extra flap that clips in place locking the unit firmly, with this in mind it can also be used inside the home to avoid children getting hold of leads when extensions have to be used i.e. Christmas time for tree lights, Halloween for decoration lighting, Summer for BBQ's the list goes on. These are the ideal solution to open single extension plug and sockets adding extra safety to your home & workplace.

Please note that the extension illustrated is not included, we would also recommend any extension reel is plugged into an R.C.D. (Residual Current Device) protected socket. IP44 Rated.

excellent I have a 50 metre garden and use 2 extension leads with my mower. This is a very good product for keeping plugs clean and away from wet areas. So pleased I searched google for this item as had only one b4 from another source but they had dicontinued it BABS - BINGLEY
