Correct Use of Trade Marks

VELCRO® and other marks are registered trademarks of Velcro IP Holdings LLC. Used with permission.

Correct listing practices requires that all trademarks are correctly displayed, for example:

20mm Velcro tape - this is not acceptable, and you may find marketplace listings are removed.
Instead list as:

20mm VELCRO® Brand tape - Velcro is not the name of hook and loop; it is the brand/company name and so must be used correctly in uppercase with the registered symbol followed by the word Brand. This listing detail should apply to all trademarks e.g.

• ONE-WRAP® Strap
• ALFATEX® Brand
• VELCRO® Brand

Any customers who fail to list properly could have listings removed by Velcro under the trademark protection program.
